Live on Fresh Air

Criticulous walked out to the studios. They were in the Pleasance Courtyard. Vile was firmly locked up in the corner of their shared psyche, and sought out a few guests... first up is Unmythable - time to deconstruct some Greek myths...

Within minutes, the studio is disrupted. Criticulous is on the floor, strangling his guest after a comment about Euripides' version of Helen. Fortunately, the sound of Nick Cave disguises the vicious crack of bone and flowing blood. Criticulous returns to his seat, his eyes red with tears and he tries to remember that fighting physical theatre artists is a bad idea.

The next guest arrives to find Vile trying to smile over the pain. Taylor Glenn was once a psychotherapist, now a comedian, she eyes Criticulous cautiously. Having kicked the analysis for the jokes, she ignores the mania and acts the professional guest...

Then the Bad taste Cru arrive, and Criticulous starts to talk of sex and death and religion. Not so much a radio show as a typical night out with Vile, he thinks.
